Following the success of our inaugural event, Female First is excited to announce that our next community gathering will take place on Saturday, 12 September 2026.

More than just another business event, Female First is continuing to build a community where women are supported to grow personally, professionally and as leaders. Through meaningful conversations, shared experiences and practical insights, the movement is creating spaces where women can connect with authenticity, build confidence and leave feeling inspired to take their next courageous step.

The September event will continue exploring the Female First philosophy—starting with identity before strategy. Grounded in the principles of Knowing, Becoming and Building, the experience encourages women to develop businesses, careers and lives that genuinely reflect who they are.

Following overwhelmingly positive feedback from our first event, places are expected to be limited once registrations open.

Whether you’re building a business, stepping into leadership, navigating career change or simply looking for a community of women who understand the journey, this event has been designed to create meaningful conversations that extend well beyond the day itself.
