For years, people have known me through the work I’ve been fortunate enough to be part of. Through conversations, events, advocacy, leadership and Female First.

But behind every project has always been the same person.

The same belief that people deserve to feel seen, heard and empowered to become more of who they already are.

That person is simply… me.

Today marks a quiet but significant milestone.

Female First becomes the first organisation to formally sit within by Libby.

Not because Female First is changing, but because the vision around it has become clearer.

It isn’t another business.

It isn’t a new direction.

It’s the home that brings everything together.

At its heart, by Libby. is simply an invitation to lead as a whole person.

To stop separating the professional from the personal.

To recognise that our greatest contribution rarely comes from the titles we hold, but from the person we choose to become.

Female First will always remain a deeply important part of that story.

It is where women gather.

It feels fitting that it is also the very first chapter of something much bigger.
